M/s CNR Leading Softek Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office at 1/26, Vishwash Nagar, Gali No. 13, Shahdara, Delhi – 110032 (CIN: U74140DL1999PTC102964), is developing an Affordable Residential Plotted Colony under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna (DDJAY) – 2016.

The project covers an area measuring 10.5875 acres under Licence No. 86 of 2018 dated 10.12.2018 in the revenue estate of Village Sunari Kalan & Mayna, Sector 22D, Rohtak.

Expansion & Development

M/s CNR Leading Softek Pvt. Ltd. is expanding the project by developing an additional 5.54375 acres in the revenue estate of Village Sunari Khurd, Sector 22D, Rohtak. This additional land has been granted a Letter of Intent (LOI) by the Director, Town & Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh.

With this expansion, the total project area now extends to 16.13125 acres in Sector 22D, Rohtak.
